What cookies are
Cookies are small records stored in your browser. On vinrentgen.com they remember your language, help you return to checkout and save your privacy preferences. Analytics is separate and starts only after permission.
- vrg_locale
- Selected language: up to 1 year.
- vrg_privacy
- Cookie preference: 180 days. After it expires, we will ask you to choose again.
- vrg_checkout · vrg_payment · vrg_removal
- Resuming checkout: up to 1 hour; access to request status after returning from the gateway: up to 30 days. These cookies are accessible only to the server.
Core functions work without analytics
Declining analytics does not restrict the free archive, VIN search or payment for removal. Payment confirmation comes from Trybit to our server and does not depend on analytics consent.
What analytics receives
If you allow analytics, Yandex Metrica measures public page visits. Session replay and click tracking are disabled. Payment, request status and administration pages are excluded; URL parameters containing contacts or tokens are not sent as pageview addresses.
How to change your choice
Open cookie settings in the footer of any page. When you withdraw consent, we stop the counter and delete accessible analytics cookies on our domain. This does not undo statistics already transmitted. Third-party website cookies are managed in your browser and on those websites.
If you block all cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Your language and preferences may then not be saved, and automatic return to your request may not work. Keep your private payment status link and do not share it publicly.
