Contact support@vinrentgen.com if payment was duplicated, the wrong amount was charged, or paid removal was not completed. Include the VIN, order reference and transaction hash when available. Never send a wallet’s private key or seed phrase.
How we review a request
We check the payment and service status before deciding on a refund or completing an unfulfilled order. An invoice cancellation is not itself a reversal of a blockchain transfer. Any agreed refund depends on the payment method and technical ability to return funds; we will explain the available route and any applicable network cost before proceeding.
Scope of the service
Continued publication on other websites or delayed search cache updates does not by itself mean removal from vinrentgen.com failed. We review each request against the service actually purchased and preserve any mandatory consumer rights.
