Information we process
VINRentgen publishes an archive of vehicle auction records from public sources. For a removal order, we receive the VIN, email, optional Telegram contact, order and payment details. Technical logs and an IP hash help protect the service from abuse.
Why and with whom
We use order details to provide the service, confirm payment, prevent duplicate charges and answer support requests. Trybit receives the information needed to create and process the invoice, including the amount, order reference and email. Contact details are not published in vehicle reports or used for marketing without separate permission.
Storage and access
Access to order and payment data is restricted. We retain information as needed to fulfil orders, handle disputes, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Removing a public vehicle page does not automatically erase payment records or every backup.
Your requests
Write to support@vinrentgen.com about access, correction or deletion of personal data. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. Privacy rights requests are handled separately from the paid automated removal service; purchasing that service is not a prerequisite for exercising applicable rights.
Cookies and external services
Essential cookies support language selection and checkout. Optional analytics starts only with permission, which can be withdrawn in cookie settings. Following a link to Trybit or Telegram takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy rules.
